I have no idea but there's no time like the present to start. Square miles of that city need to be left for the sea and the river to take back. The wet lands and bufferzones will return. The environmentalists all know this! Is it just to early for them to be speaking out OR are they waiting to see which way the political wind is blowing before committing themselves ?
