If there is anything that I have learned about the work picture, it is that if you are desperate enough for help, anyone can be given a job. All that you can do is pray that they are good enough employees that won't stab you in the back in any way later on.

I had 86 phone Calls today and answered zero

I called my franchise boss and she said she can’t find me any employees and some other owners are selling their stores because of the employee crunch

I am going to bitch here because I need to vent

I had the same business in Oregon for 11 yrs and I had one employee stay 3 years and another 4 years

You get yourself a job as a Wal Mart Greeter or something similarly simple minded at $15 an hour and that's another $30,000 a year for a total of $70,000 a year. More than enough for a single middle aged man with no social life to live on provided you stay out of the casinos.
