- He failed to tell people that his claim that she was 'too stupid to know she was breaking laws' was an obvious LIE based on the FACT that the government has in their possession numerous documents she signed stating she understood her training, the rules and laws regarding the crimes she committed, based on the fact that she lied to the FBI about wanting to delete 'personal information' and picked only the criminal evidence to destroy meaning she knew exactly what laws she had broken, and the FACT that 'ignorance of the law' is not an acceptable defense for committing a crime.
