So only four of those charges were violent, none of them fatal, and he served two years in prison.

Actually, I miscounted; eight were mildly violent offenses. Except for the one stabbing, most of those were dismissed because they either weren't serious or they couldn't get complainants to work with them.

Of course, he was only convicted of two of them, and last time I checked, in America, you are innocent until proven guilty.

In fact, in that whole list of 30 crimes (one of them being- gasp- marijuana possession) he was only judged guilty in seven of them (with only two of those being things I'd consider serious.)

Now, all that said, I have to ask the question, did anyone bother to do a mental health evaluation on this guy?
