Email Customer service is the WORST when it comes to Money issues

seems like that's the only thing available now Live chat and email which is ******* ridiculous. Now I got to sit back and wait for a delayed ass robotic answer. This is a new retarded world we live in

Dialing a phone number can still be done which is how I recently cancelled a magazine subscription I inadvertently got signed up to a week ago.
