It's a nice theory. Anyone who can run a successful business ought to be able to run a country. Sadly, it just doesn't work that way.

Anyone who has tried to operate a mainframe computer the same way you operate a high-performance sports car will tell you the same thing.

Businesses and governments are two completely different machines and are not designed to operate the same way.

Elon, I have deep respect for you as a successful businessman, but please stay out of politics. It's a dishonest quagmire; you're just not suited for.

The only real difference between government and business is that in business, you only have a team of leaders at the top, and they don't try to undermine each other for power.

In government, that is all they do. Backstabbing, bribery, greed for power, etc., etc..

If they even partially worked together, then business-oriented style government would work well.

Yeah, lawyers and career politicians are the way to go. Obviously.
Its not like they are destroying our currency, sowing division and just ruining this country.
