Seems I have been saying this for years. Nobody is going to address the issue. If you bid on energy, you should have to actually take physical control of it.

I've noted this before.........an average barrel of oil trades 7-8 times before it ever actually reached market. Paper trades.

Sadly Ken isn't going after "oil" manipulation even though it's done just the same.
