Many news sources are actively painting Donald Trump as a cruel taskmaster picking on hard working federal employees. You know, things never change much if you think about it. I worked at a place for three decades and there were people there who were always there, and I never knew what they really did. They seemed to be permanent fixtures in the place. Then one day the company got sold. The new bosses came in and told the permanent fixtures to provide a record of what they had been doing for the last twenty or so years. In short order, the bulletin board at work was alive with long term employees “leaving to pursue other interests”.

Is it possible that elections have consequences?
