I think this is a good thing. Green was bullying the Telegraph, a tory paper, into hushing up his alleged behaviour.

Hes a rich man and this affords him a lot of law.

Its very rare that a parliamentarian uses this tool, less than once a year I imagine. But its entirely justified in this instance.

Green is even more of a shit than we already knew. If that is even possible.
