This recipe is for cabbage, potatoes and kielbasa.

There are only a few ingredients and it is super good...but Mrs. T's Frozen 4 Cheese Perogies were on sale at Walmart for $2.50...and this is better.
Skip the potatoes in the above recipe...or don't.
I did but it would be just as good with them.
Add an onion and saute the onion and kielbasa on medium until onions are translucent.
Remove onions and kielbasa from pot.
Add a Knorr Chicken bullion cube and 8 oz. of water and break up the cube while deglazing.
Add pepper and garlic powder.
If you're adding cubed potatoes they go on the bottom.
Add cabbage.
Add salt.
Add back kielbasa and onions.
Seal, pressure cook on high 5 minutes.
10 minutes then manual release.
Open, stir, add frozen perogies and submerge them.
Replace the lid and wait 6 minutes.
Super good.
