I use my tv. It does drown my racing thoughts but I also have to run a rain sound on my amazon speaker as well at the same time.

The app would work on my phone for times I have to be out in the public. Thanks.

Anything coming out of your tv or amazon speaker is still 440.

You need a special player for 432. Thus the app.

I play my music in the 432hz.

it just sounds better. It's fuller. A more natural vibration.
