The problem isn't climate 'change,' it's that people built a bunch of cities in places where they really shouldn't have.

CA has mismanaged theirs. Their system was built to withstand a lot more than this and yet they have barely more than TX panhandle. Heads should roll.

Most educated people don't debate anymore whether climate change is real or not, the debate rages over whether its man made or simply cyclical.
