Dried flowers and pressed flowers

I have a couple of bigger projects that I want to work on. I want to use my own dried flowers and my own pressed flowers. You know, once I get through the keep them alive stage.

I've done none of the above. Has anyone else made their own pressed flowers or dried flowers? What methods were the most successful? Can you recommend any books?

I did. There are 3 different ways for pressed flowers. Now I'm stuck with reviews that may or may not be BS. That's why I am asking here. Someone here might have experience.

I press some of them for my wife, but other than that, I see no use for pressed flowers.

It's OK. You're your own person. This is similar to one of the things I want to do.
