Dreys, aka squirrel nests

First, a short video introduction to kick things off:


So roundish and messy. You get the picture. That's also been my experience. But for weeks now we've been looking from our back porch at this thing hanging on our neighbor's crappy tree right on the property line. It's not messy. A uniform, neatly arranged nest appearing to be made entirely of little sticks. About a foot in diameter and perhaps 15 inches tall. The leaves are just ones still hanging onto the tree. Wasn't even sure it was a squirrel nest until I witnessed an adult size squirrel exit the nest this morning. You can see the entrance hole in both images. Discussion?
