If Mr. Moulton wanted to challenge Sleepy Joe, he should have done it in the primaries when that decision was made.

It would be a kick in the face to Democracy Itself to kick Biden and Kamala to the curb as long as they are capable of being Presbo and VP. And since they are still in office, and haven't been impeached or kicked out on Article 25, they are indeed legally capable

Good, but Not that strong an argument for anointing her ahead of any process or vote.

A convention is coming up. Democratic regulars who are involved in keeping the party alive will battle it out. I was once very involved in the party. I've been on the floor during 2004 convention. I see the arguments regarding Emily's list. That one is interesting.

I believe the big battle will be between interest groups within the party. Most of it is shielded from popular view. This time around, We may get to see how sausage is made. I hope it doesn't get too ugly.
