Ahh I see where you went wrong. You are considering the profits from the Disney Corporation, including parks, cruise lines, sports teams, all of it, as the profits of the various studies that Disney owns.

Walt Disney Studios are comprised of Wald Disney Animation Studios, Pixar Animation Studios, Lucasfilm, Marvel Studios, Searchlight Pictures and 20th Century Fox Studios. These are the studios headed by those who believe they are carrying the message and the message of wokeism is more important than making money. Just like the producers and stars of Dr. Who. They don't care how many viewers they lose. And they lose PLENTY. It's up to the shareholders. If they want the profits of the surviving Disney properties going to support failing studies, they will vote for it.

I watched it for a while and became bored with the enemies that are completely wiped out, but not really, several times. And then the bowtie guy. Ugh. The female doc could have been interesting before the show started reusing plot devices. There was a daughter in one episode, and then just forgotten. She could have been the new lead character, a spinoff, or recurring character.

So blaming gender, race or sexual orientation is hardly to blame here.

Capaldi was horrific.

Jody Whittaker. Well, when I heard they were turning the Doc female, I raved and ranted and raged all over the Dr. Who website. UNTIL I found out it was Jody Whittaker. She is EXCELLENT.
I was still doubtful, but she pulled it off! She even brought back the classic hobo style costume! I was amazed. She was awesome. But I still think white male parts, need to stay white male parts.

Turn the Doc black. OH FUCK HELL NO!!!! I won't even watch the trailers or advertisements for this shit.

Tennant was beyond perfect for this role. They should have offered him double salary to keep the role. But the fuktards at BBC let him go.

I don't think Capaldi was a horrible Doctor.

Compared to Gatwa and Whitaker, he was great.

I think the biggest problem with Capaldi was that he would have made a GREAT Doctor in the Classic series, just not so much in the revival. Not when the fans were used to younger, more dynamic doctors.


Jody Whitaker, I think her problem was more the writing than her performance. Chris Chinball took a big old dump on the Canon. (The Master killed all the Timelords, but it's okay, because the Doctor wasn't actually a Timelord, anyway! ) It didn't help that her companions were all planks of wood.

Probably I think the best Doctor of the new series was Matt Smith. I thought Tennant was mostly fine, but that was only because the BBC kept Russel T. Davies on the green. Once they let him do whatever the hell he wanted, he messed it up. (Which you could have predicted if you ever watched the dumpster fire that was Torchwood.)
