Foreign governments, even allies play the extortion game with the U.S. and mostly democrats give in to their demands. The last thing the extortionists want is a strong American president. The good people in Europe admire a strong leader like Trump but foreign media sources might even be more biased against Trump than US media outlets. That's how the hatred is interpretated.
