‘A federal judge has ordered the Trump administration to facilitate the return of a man who was deported in violation of a court order, according to a ruling issued Wednesday.
Judge Jill N. Parrish of the U.S. District Court in Utah issued an order on December 22 instructing Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) not to deport Federico Reyes Vasquez while the case was under review. The man, who argued that he was being held illegally by federal authorities, was deported the next day, "in direct violation of the court," Parrish wrote. Newsweek reached out to the Department of Homeland Security for comment via email.’

Yet another example of the Trump regime’s contempt for the rule of law.
Due process is simple, it’s not hard to understand: immigrants seeking asylum cannot be deported while their claims are pending or being reviewed.
But the Trump immigration agenda isn’t about due process or the law – it’s about racism, bigotry, and hate.
