• Who is the "witness" who received the box? Why is the "witness" not identified?
• What is the "location" where the box was dropped off?
• What is his or her relationship to Routh?
• Why did Routh allegedly write an apology letter for failing at his mission MONTHS BEFORE the attempted assassination?
• Why would a rational "witness" open a box of evidence in a major federal investigation and run the risk of being accused with evidence tampering?
• Did this "witness" remove articles from the box and destroy them?
• Why would the authorities use a photograph taken by the "witness" in this "Written Factual Proffer"? Could the authorities not take their OWN photograph Does that cause evidence admissibility problems?

Every time we get a report like this there are weird, unanswered things that just don't add up.
