'Please Sue Me': MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell Welcomes Dominion Lawsuit Over Election Claims (newsweek.com)

Mike Lindell has recently made a video that is the only comprehensive presentation as to how the US election was stolen from Trump.

He then dared Dominion to sue him so that he could then present his case to a court.

But we all know what will happen here. The Dominion and the rest f the media will simply ignore it because they know Mike would bury them and prove once and for all the election was stolen

It's the only explanation as to why Mike would not get sued.

Why is the Pillow Ghuy not suing Dominion if his case is so strong and the Lord is on his side?

I guess because proving that the election is stolen is different from proving that someone is lying.

Even if what he says is all true, it does not necessarily prove that the election was purposefully stolen.

Then when Dominion loses the suit, which they would, it would send a big message that the evidence was true.

Conversely, proving that there was intent to overthrow an election would be problematic, much in the same way you can't prove smoking causes cancer, even though we all know it does. But if Mike can't prove something that the evidence points towards, then the media would run with it and say him losing proves he was lying, which again is a lie.

The real goal here is to validate the evidence and let people decide for themselves since it probably can't be proven.

OAN's disclaimer - MrPillow might want to get sued, but OAN? Not so much! :cool-45:

MyPillow CEO and staunch Trump loyalist Mike Lindell has a new documentary out, pushing his long-debunked lies about former President Donald Trump’s loss to President Joe Biden being the product of fraud. It debuted on OAN on Friday. But before it began, the network wanted viewers to know just one thing: The two-hour special, ironically titled “Absolute Proof,” is just one guy’s account of “what may have happened.”
“Michael James Lindell has purchased the airtime for the broadcast of this program on One America News (‘OAN’) network,” begins the 90-second disclaimer.
“In particular, OAN does not adopt or endorse any statements or opinions in this program regarding the following entities or people: US Dominion Inc. (and any related entities); Smartmatic USA Corp.; Brian Kemp; Brad Raffensperger, or Gabriel Sterling,” it adds.

On what merit will Dominion lose the case upon?

There is this little thing called, "Standing". The courts are rigorous about enforcing it.

It isnt a threat dummy. They are actively suing.

" In their lawsuit against Giuliani, Dominion singled out conservative attorney Lin Wood, former Overstock.com CEO Patrick Byrne and Russell Ramsland, who authored a false cyber security vote on Michigan’s election, as others who have been “determined to promote” the conspiracy theory about the company. "

Not really the point or were you trying to deflect from the fact that Dominion is suing after you said they wouldnt?
