The VA facility in my city was in an old rundown building.
When Trump was elected in 2016 he put a lot of money into modernizing the VA and fired the sub-par employees.
A new beautiful out patient clinic was built and staffed with first rate medical staff.
Now veterans here can go to the local hospital of their choice and see a civilian specialist for advanced medical care.
