This isn't conspiracy theorizing, I really think they do, the stuff I read online all seemed to suggest they have officers who freely murder people in foreign land (where they are not bound by US laws).

Is this true? Does anybody here have a family member who works with the agency who can confirm this? Because this is extremely unethical stuff. I can't believe nobody talks about it.

Sure they do.

Nobody who is one has a check from the US Government though. It's through (at least) one front company--likely several. Special Activities Division. What is probably sexed up is that there are "hitmen". They are not going to be specialists. They will be multi-disciplinary.

"multi disciplinary hit men" is kinda funny.

Well what I meant was you won't have someone who just does assassinations and someone else who just does espionage and someone else who just does surveillance and someone else who just does interrogations. You'll have someone who likely excels at one or more but does the others as well.

Most CIA operatives are information gatherers. They use various methods to get people in foreign nations to give up classified information to the operatives. An example of a typical operative is Ambassador Joseph C. Wilson's wife, Valerie Plame. She was a CIA operative.
The CIA tends to use dissidents in their own nations to foment killings. It lends to "plausible deniability." That way, if the assassin is caught, the US just claims that the person is lying.

Of course they do.

It's part of their job.

Yes the CIA does have operatives who are trained as assassins for the purpose of killing enemy targets. Just as they have operatives trained as spies and sabotaurs.
