Just curious what is your favorite exercise equipment at home? I have an adjustable bench and two sets of dumbells (yes, you can get a full workout with just that) but my favorite is this bar I have put up. This bar with different grips has turned out to have so many more benefits than I ever thought, mainly because using it works multiple muscle groups each time it is used and is great for spinal decompression.

Active hangs (where you pull yourself up and hold) and passive hangs (just hold on as long as you can while hanging) work grip strength, forearms, triceps, shoulders and lats.

Yeah, I call it the dungeon.

Not much into that massive look, though, so I just maintain my Calvin Klein model frame. :dunno:

I have a good treadmill, a gym-quality stationary bike, and several pairs of relatively light dumbells (maxing out at 30lbs each). I go to LA Fitness a couple times per week, and on off days do light workouts at home.

I believe my best home exercise is interval training on the stationary bike.

Weather permitting, I ride my bikes a couple times a week, riding from 60-90 minutes over hilly terrain. I hope to be the healthiest guy in the morgue one day.

My friends who own home gym stuff never use it.

Awesome man, keep at it. No need to get "swole", you just want to stay strong, plus you get the added mental benefits of working out (actually, you literally get too manty benefits to list here)

That's a great program, you will (should) live longer and healthier than your friends who have gyms and don't use them. Quality of life is enhanced from regular exercise.
