The ONLY reason Democrats don't want solid policy to ensure that only U.S. citizens register to vote, who don't want solid policy to ensure that ballots cast are tallied honestly in the way the voter intended, who don't want Photo ID to vote to ensure that only registered voters vote is so that it is easier to cheat.

There is zero other logical explanation.

Yes, while right now I am totally against woke socialism and democrats weaponization of the justice system, the cold hard truth is BOTH parties are in a race to make it a one party system and it's just a question of which side will get there first. How is it that I can show up at a polling place on election day in New Mexico and the poll workers are required to allow me to register and vote that day? All the person has to do is provide some ID with a name and address on it. Otherwise if you register ahead of time, you don't have to show anything to fill out a registration form.

If they want to fill out a registration form though you have to give them one. Equal protection and all that. No, that doesn't mean the registration has to pass muster and they be allowed to vote. But a highly partisan less than ethical person processing the registrations may or may not be all that careful checking out every registration form. Most especially if they have deniability because they aren't the only person processing the forms.

With Democrats controlling almost all large population areas, of course those who don't care who cheats so long as their side wins will object to changing the system.

If it was Republicans wanting no Voter ID, no proof of citizenship, no verification of residency, no chain of custody requirements, no checks and balances on vote tallies etc. that would greatly advantage them, the Democrats would be screaming foul from the rooftops.

All Americans who love America and Americans should want the process to be as secure, honest, verifiable, and accurate as possible. In a good country the vast majority of citizens should be confident that the winner actually won. We used to have that. We don't anymore.

This is very likely the last election that will protect America from becoming just another mediocre or declining totalitarian state. If the Democrats take the White House and both chambers of Congress it's all over. The EC is gone. The Supreme Court is gone or will just be for show as it will be transformed into a leftist/Marxist oligarchy that will take order from government powers. And the rights of the various states and citizens will topple fairly easily as the Constitution will be pretty much ignored.

Canada and Mexico should be very wary for such a government will likely return to the expansionist mentality that almost all totalitarian states have.
