I always glaze over when I see info like this is authored by NASA .
They were set up as a misinformation and disinformation organisation after WW2 , essentially by the top UK and US personnel within the OSS, which split into the CIA and our own MI5 and MI6 .
That is , the basis of the modern Deep State at the top level.

There are separate arguments for believing that all physics has been deliberately misdirected to produce the dead end position we are in now.
That is, Consciousness creates Matter and not the other way around .
But that is a separatre Topic even though its conclusion directly affects the Dimension question .
Which is ------one only .imho .

That field of study humanity calls "Theoretical Physics" appears to cater to a very select/gifted segment of humanity. I heard it slightly different than you stated here & to quote; "There are 10 dimensions, 4 are knowable & six are not knowable". At least that's how I remember it being stated but that was a long time ago(late 1980's) so I may have become confused & am not remembering it right? That's a big 10-4 on the Jesus of Nazareth/hyper-dimensional connection like no doubt about that one for sure! Yeah, a "membrane" that makes perfect sense like an egg in a shell but a membrane(FLEXABLE FIRMAMENT!) in between the shell & egg!

I do fully believe in Makers Heaven but I possess no knowledge to be able to explain that realm of existence. Again unfortunately, I have no dreaming idea what Makers Heaven(s) constitute let alone if they are physically(?) close to our three & a half dimensions we currently exist within. Enoch, 7th(?) down the line from Adam(?) appears to have been taken/escorted by our Maker directly to Heaven. The other 6 dimensions are just not available to us @ current like humanity is too busy killing one another to worry about other dimensions. I CAN accept the existence of a parallel dimension but the concept of a dimension where time runs backwards completely baffles me.

The reason our scientists, physicists & engineers have not discovered other dimensions/universes is because they are too busy designing the ever more potent ways to exterminate ourselves. The theoretical physicists may have the brainpower but the cunning & manipulative war mongering profe$$ional politician$ have the all important power & control(PC).
