Now, on a more practical sense, the people of her District dumped the last guy, Joe Crowley, because he was spending too much time in Washington and not enough on the district. He was even part of the House Leadership before that.

So if she has fallen too in love with the National Spotlight, and not enough on her district, they might well show her the door as well.

I think it's unlikely, though.
