Did Xi Jinping send bio attack squads to New York?

There are several major cities around the US that are favorite destinations of the Chinese. During those few weeks before the travel ban, there were thousands of Wuhan Chinese traveling to the US. It seems odd that New York is far and away the highest in number of cases and death toll. No other city is even close. San Francisco is a favorite airport for the Chinese and to date has only 8 CV-19 deaths. 8!

Sure there are other factors, but New York has always been the favorite target for hostile nations. It is the financial nerve center of the country so if Xi wanted to take a shot at us, wouldn't that be the perfect target of opportunity?

The Pandemic in New York City is Mayor Bill de Blasio crowning achievement seeing he was the one in late January and early February telling his residents to go on with their daily lives unless sick and those healthy just wash your hands, keep social distancing and go get a flu shot...

Now can someone explain to me how the hell do you keep social distancing on a Subway in New York?

As for your question it does bother me how so many people are quickly to dismiss China failures with keeping the virus within their own border when it is clear China did very little to halt the departure of those that were sick and those that could be asymptomatic...

China allowed those people to leave and infect the rest of the World when it was China job to notify the WHO and to contain the virus which they did not do either when the outbreak began.

No, instead they lied to the WHO, refused help at the start and now are trying to blame the U.S. for the virus saying we infected them.

So is it possible China did this deliberately?

Yes and if not they willingly allowed infected to infect the World!

Yes, it is possible and Iran is the only one that would be collateral damage but to confuse people sometimes an ally has to take one for the team which Iran might have done...

The fact remains China did very little to control the spread and no matter intentionally or non-intentional the fact t remains China hold the responsibility for their lack of honesty and action, and should be held accountable!

In 2005, which was the last year I could find data....

Every year, the US has 1.2 Billion foreigners coming here each year on tourist visas.... on vacation.

New York is the number one spot for visitors, then Orlando...Disney World... but 29 of our 50 states have tourism as their third largest industry.

It's nothing new, for China....

We've known this for a while, Yet our country continues to trade with them for the almighty dollar...And our love, for cheap things...

We did put in a team of scientists etc to monitor them for this kind of shenanigans, but the admin recently had to pull them out because we ran out of money to fund them....

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Several months before the coronavirus pandemic began, the Trump administration eliminated a key American public health position in Beijing intended to help detect disease outbreaks in China, Reuters has learned.
The American disease expert, a medical epidemiologist embedded in China’s disease control agency, left her post in July, according to four sources with knowledge of the issue. The first cases of the new coronavirus may have emerged as early as November, and as cases exploded, the Trump administration in February chastised China for censoring information about the outbreak and keeping U.S. experts from entering the country to help.
“It was heartbreaking to watch,” said Bao-Ping Zhu, a Chinese American who served in that role, which was funded by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, between 2007 and 2011. “If someone had been there, public health officials and governments across the world could have moved much faster.”
