Acknowledging the OP's point is deflecting? It is true. The germaine point was the conspiracy, yes? The thread is about conspiracies, therefore. We can say we can only comment on Trump's participation, or whatever you want to call it, in them, but in the context of a presidential election which is now between these two only, it clearly is not in any way out of bounds to point out the obvious similarity in the opposing candidate in terms of her love of, nay, actual creation of conspiracy theories.
