I haven't been able to really exercise for weeks so it would by an ugly sight. Thankfully for all of us it it not true I've been exposed, just another baseless assertion. You've been exposed....and an ugly sight it is.

Your efforts are duly noted:
As Republicans try to pry Jewish votes away from their traditional stronghold in the Democratic Party, they will emphasize the most divisive political issues that they wager are able to get people passionate enough to switch party loyalties—namely: Israel and anti-Semitism. This is most evident in the Orthodox community where support for Trump has manifested itself in awards to two Florida lawyers who are accused of being Rudy Giuliani’s alleged Ukrainian fixers.
However:
The August 29 Jerusalem Post ran an article titled “Pipko to ‘Post’: Jewish Democrats are walking away,” which argued, “The Democrats have changed and so should [Jewish] support for them.” It is part of an effort carried out by Republicans before every presidential election to make Israel a wedge issue, to convince Jews to switch to supporting Republicans.Polls have found that most Israelis also believe that US Jews should support President Donald Trump and other Republicans, largely because of what they perceive as their strong support for Israel. In his efforts to get US Jews to change their political allegiance, Trump has stated about Jews, “In my opinion, you vote for a Democrat, you’re being very disloyal to Jewish people, and you’re being very disloyal to Israel.”Despite these opinions and statements, the same August 29 issue of the Post carried an article, “Trump vs. Gallup: Report shows Jews will vote Dem,” which indicated that a very strong majority of US Jews (roughly 75%) are very likely to continue to vote for Democrats.
The connection between Dreyfus and the Dems is nil. The fact Dreyfus was poorly treated is irrelevant so your OP is a fallacy:Dreyfus was jailed because he was Jewish, and the current Democrat Party champions anti-Semitism.

Appeal to Pity (argumentum ad misericordiam)
Argumentum ad misericordiam is Latin for “argument to compassion.” Like the ad hominem fallacy above, it is a fallacy of relevance. Personal attacks, and emotional appeals, aren’t strictly relevant to whether something is true or false. In this case, the fallacy appeals to the compassion and emotional sensitivity of others when these factors are not strictly relevant to the argument. Appeals to pity often appear as emotional manipulation.
Did I miss the connection? Please feel free to post the link."The connection between Dreyfus and the Dems is nil. "
You slaves of the Left have no compunction about lying, huh?
You'd best look the word up.
“The 1890s also saw the Third Republic’s greatest political and moral crisis — the Dreyfus Affair.... By 1898 the case had become a violently divisive issue.
“Intellectuals of the left led the fight for Dreyfus, while right-wing politicians and many Roman Catholic periodicals defended the honour of the army.... In 1898 some of the army’s most persuasive documents against Dreyfus were discovered to be forgeries.... Dreyfus was again found guilty but with extenuating circumstances; he received a presidential pardon and was later (1906) vindicated by a civilian court.
“For a generation the affair left deep scars on French political and intellectual life. The Moderates, who had tried to avoid involvement in the affair and in the end had split into two warring factions, lost control to the Radicals.... Both the army and the church were seriously hurt by their role in the affair; republicans of the left were more convinced than ever that both institutions were antirepublican and hostile to the rights of man enunciated during the Revolution.... Most religious orders were dissolved and exiled, and in 1905 a new law separated church and state, thus liquidating the Concordat of 1801.”
— Encyclopedia Brittanica
The Dreyfus Affair was a terrible stain on most Conservative political parties in France; many refused to abandon their anti-Semitism even after Dreyfus was exonerated. The fight took over a decade to unravel, and the innocent patriotic Colonel Dreyfus (accused of spying for Germany) himself suffered terribly. At first even some prominent socialists were fooled by the Army High Command forgeries and hesitated to get involved. Among other things the affair contributed to the growth of Zionism in Western Europe.
What irks me is PoliticalChic’s misuse of historical lessons to make cheap partisan points.
She asks if Democrats have ever heard of Dreyfus? Seems they know a lot more about the Dreyfus case than she does!
Jewish Democrats, in particular, see similarities between fanatic “anti-liberal” nationalism today and what happened in France during the Dreyfus Affair. That is why most will reject her demagogy about their party, and “the left” too, even as they maintain their conflicted feelings about any who express openly anti-Israeli political views. Of course RadicalChic would even denounce BERNIE SANDERS of being “anti-Semitic”!
American policies supporting Netanyahu, kowtowing to feudal Gulf Oil dictatorships, pursuing endless wars in the Middle East, ALL these policies SHOULD be challenged, by Democrats and Republicans alike. But be careful, if you do criticize them, you will almost certainly be demagogically slandered as “anti-Semitic” ... just like so many others.
Nonentities like PoliticalChic think they are important, even clever. They love to puff themselves up. When they are shown to be intolerant and intellectually vapid, they resort to “I got under your skin!”
Actually PoliticalChic is just one of millions of mindless robots spewing partisan propaganda, intolerant and conservative like those who attacked Dreyfus, only now such types attack “Liberals!” or “Demonrats!” or “Atheists!” or ... whatever.
Of course reasonable people usually just ignore them. But sometimes, when they try to raise larger historical issues they don’t understand, I think it is fun and educational ... to spank them! : )

Very much like a graph of the stock market, history has its ups and downs. If anyone imagined that the bigotry faced by Jewish officer Alfred Dreyfus marked an end to such….just look at the Democrat Party today, with its anti-Semitic agenda.

“Alfred Dreyfus imprisoned on Devils Island
Accused of selling military secrets to Germany and convicted in an irregular trial against a backdrop of anti-Semitism, French officer Alfred Dreyfus was imprisoned this day in 1895 on Devils Island, off French Guiana.
The legal proceedings, which were based on specious evidence, were highly irregular. Although he denied his guilt and although his family consistently supported his plea of innocence, public opinion and the French press as a whole, led by its virulently anti-Semitic faction, welcomed the verdict and the sentence.”

Speaking of the party being led by its virulently anti-Semitic faction,......
….”…numerous controversies already noted—such as the party’s protecting AOC and her Squad for referring to U.S. immigration detention centers as “concentration camps;” protecting Rep. Omar in the wake of a variety of anti- Zionist, anti-Semitic, and anti-American comments; running interference for Rep. Tlaib in her discussion about Israel, the Holocaust, and the Arabs; and a host of similar matters. It is a tricky balancing act for Speaker Pelosi, but more and more it seems to hinge on assuaging concerns of party progressives, and specifically Rep. Omar and her companions.
…Pelosi and the establishment see the writing on the wall. They have been unable to stymie the Squad. Now they have to coddle it, and where necessary co- opt it, and its ideas, to keep a precarious coalition together. But on top of the polit- ical risks of embracing the Squad, leadership cannot trust it. The Squad poses an existential threat because it is anathema to the establishment. ” “American Ingrate,” Weingarten
Of course. I had to suffer through reading The Dreyfus Affair in French and then Zola's J'accuse in political science a couple times.
I always respect folks who have actually read things.
So sad that our Democrat pals can't claim to have done so.

My high school's smarty pants program was pretty intense. College was nothing compared to high school. The foreign language department even did its own plays. My 4th year French class, unfortunately, decided to do a musical for that with me tragically as the male lead. Singing in a foreign language is nothing short of AWFUL.

Informative!
I wish I had a better singing voice....my college has the best fight song in the nation.....but I only hum along.
I was more math team.
Has the OP ever heard of Louis Gregori, a right-wing sh1tbag who shot Dreyfus upon his exoneration and restoration of rank?View attachment 322865
