Yes as we might remember Obama stated in the 2014 midterms he wasn't on the ballot but his policies were the Democrats lost in the Presidential election he told the Congressional Black Caucus gala it would be "an insult to my legacy" if African-Americans don't vote for Hillary Clinton and reject Donald Trump.
