The left has no credibility to make any kind of accusation of 'extra-constitutionality' given the last administration.

Once one side does something to change the playing field, the other side takes that and runs with it. That is just the world we live in. I have tried to caution both sides about it but nobody cares as long as their squad is in power. As for the DOJ, this really started with Eric Holder deciding he could keep anything he wanted from oversight.

I agree. Under Neocon guidance and pressure, Dubya declared 20 years ago that the constitution was just a piece of paper. He and congress governed under that philosophy, and so have all successors. We have the government we deserve.
