Not only does the article not note anyone was dangerous, it also does not note that people are not getting additional help.
Then no one needed to be called at all! You are making the case that this whole exercise is unnecessary.
 
You are just pissed it is working. So pissed you wished them dead.
Since dangerous mentally ill people are being kept on the street, the program isn't working. The inevitable result is just delayed. I hope the social workers get the experience before some innocent person.

We should replace all the police in the big cities with progressive liberal social workers and they should have to answer all the domestic violence calls with just a note pad and a pen.

It's the best idea the progressive liberals have ever had.

Check the city's website link. This is mental health services and adult babysitting that uses the 911 call number.
