First of all, your fevered imagination is working over-time again, I can see that. Secondly, saying that public sex caused by drug use is a ramification of a Dem policy, is not the same as saying that Dems want to force people to take drugs. I am just pointing out that Dem policies seem to have these bad consequences, and of course, you can't take this, so you lose your mind.

There was a safe-injecting room (it's actually then entire ground floor of a building) in my old patrol area. The city put it in a mostly immigrant area because the locals would be less likely to object.

Shop theft skyrocketed. Businesses closed. Addicts assaulting people on the streets. Public transport in the area made totally unsafe. Police implemented daily foot patrols through the area but they could only react to crime and had no power to move on loitering, they didn't have any appreciable impact.

But, at least a few city officials can hold their head up high by claiming they are compassionate to the poor, misunderstood addicts, drunks, and violent mentally-ill.

They need to make the drugs free and abundant.
Stuff them full of the shit.... Make sure they have enough for the next day.... Do not allow Narcan in those areas. In a short period of time the entire problem will fix itself.
