Given the way MD is gerrymandered on the federal level I'm surprised that they even have the RINO governor that they do.

Then again that's because fed district gerrymandering does not really come into play in a governor's race. In areas like the eastern and the western parts of the state the citizens there votes will actually count for something in a governor's race.

Running up the right-leaning totals in those areas coupled with lazy black voter turn-out in the depressed blue cities and picking-up white DC Metro MD blue-burb swing-voters pissed at Tater's policies might pay dividends.
