hmm, Biden chose not to run again because he felt that his mental heath and age was a distraction for him running for president. Youngsters will not understand that until they get older.

Mistake on his part because Trump did win so even if he had ran for office again that it would have made no difference even if he had lost.

Still choosing a woman as VP and endorsing her canidacy for president is a good way to bow out.
