IMHO, the democrats are currently a shitshow that really didn't show up much to challenge Trump in 2024. I mean, c'mon - Biden or Harris? Really? I think the biggest reason why Trump won is because the democrats fucked up enough during Biden's 4 years and then they fucked up the 2024 campaign. I think Trump won almost by default.

The democrats needed to give us a reasonable alternative to Trump and the GOP, but right now the DNP isn't reasonable. Their agenda is too extreme and they're losing support from the more moderate members in their own party and that is not how you win elections. Although the Far Left doesn't have majority numbers in their own party, they do have the loudest voices and their determination is quite evident. So, will the dems move back to the center a little bit? Doubtful IMHO, but they'll try to convince us otherwise.

Rush said this for decades: that the Democrat party is the enemy of the country. And I've been saying that since Democrats got assfucked last election you'd think they'd be looking to rebrand themselves? Yes, they surely have. They've doubled down on the frootloops and will guarantee Republicans bolster their majorities in Congress, many States will shift GOP, and come 2028, we will see a Vance Administration emerge.

I look for them to feed off Trump AND Elon hate, and then try to revive the 16 million votes for Biden that was not there for Hillary or Kamala.

Of course, if the economy fails or another pandemic before the 2028 elections then the DNC will be in a state of Nirvana and loving life. But my guess is they simply want to take over the House in 2 years to impeach Trump a dozen more times first.

I refuse to buy a car from Tesla or a rocket from SpaceX. Does that make me a domestic terrorist? If it does, I would expect to have Trump pardon me like he did the J6 folk.

It is more likely a rightwing nut job would do that. The Dems know he is their best asset. The British considered assassinating Hitler but realized he did more to hurt Germany than a rational person.
