If Biden and Mayorkas wouldn't have released 400,000 convicted criminals into the US ICE agents would not be as stressed having to track them all down and arrest them. If "sanctuary cities" would respect ICE detainers and hand them over instead of releasing them from Jail out into the community there would be less ICE presence to rile up communities. Local pols are guilty of making things much worse, to the point of people dying needlessly.
