Everyone knows blue states have been hiding crime by simply not arresting people, and activist prosecutors refusing t prosecute criminals in order to show that crime is down.
NO ONE bought it when Chicago's mayors did it - and NO ONE believed DC officials that crime is at a 30 year low there.
