Yes, they are hardly ever in session. 174k per year is not enough for this guy.

Just so that we are all clear here. This Democrat, who makes more than 95% of this country does in a year, he makes for 120 days of work. Now, for people like Rightwinger and Zeke, that is less than a half of year of work.

Now, what is this so called work anyway....

He's retiring. He probably brought it up to give Republicans something to vote on since they control the house. The bill can't even get to the floor unless Republicans put it there.
