Will this be a trend aimed at whether Ted Cruz is a natural born Citizen eligible to be president despite being born in Canada? Time will tell but according to many comments at the end of the article, they practically all agree with Congressman Grayson, Ted Cruz is not eligible to be a natural born Citizen.

Martin Van Buren was the first natural born Citizen president after the grandfather clause ended. Chester Arthur was actually ineligible since he was born to a Irish father who didn't become a U.S. citizen when Chester was 14. Also Arthur burned all his papers. He was just like Obama is today, not eligible.

Right. They were covered under the grandfather clause in Article 2 Section 1 as the only time a citizen could become president until a first generation natural born Citizen born from two U.S. citizen parents was eligible to hold office.
