They are to adjudicate if the admin is following the law, because that is their job. More than of the injunctions have been issued by judges that Trumped appointed.

The House can impeach a President and the Senate can convict one and remove him from office.

Laws passed by Congress and approved by the President (or passed after the override of a Presidential veto) can be nullified by a judicial branch (SCOTUS) decision about the unconstitutionality of such law.

But, when the SCOTUS screws the pooch, the big question remains: what’s the “check” on their official decisions?
