So in order to compensate for that racial (ethnic, gender) discrimination it is necessary to discriminate AGAIN, this time in favor of the POC's, in order to balance the scales.

But this is all either speculative or a lie. Especially on college campuses, where POC's and wimmin have been treated like a social aristocracy since at least 1970.

In fact, it is HARMFUL to everyone to toss MERIT out the window in a speculative and immoral campaign to eradicate discrimination that may or may not have taken place, or had any real impact on the people in question.
