I'm not sure that visitors with a "carry license" can possess a firearm on their person.

I hold a Florida permit, but there is no reciprocity with DC. And my Illinois permit? Fergeddaboudit.

Only gun arrests now in DC can be DC residents with unregistered guns and non-residents who are prohibited under federal laws.
