You know, I used to feel sorry for ABC. Originally RCA became NBC, then the government decided that NBC had become too big of a monopoly in the radio era market and broke them up into an entertainment division (which became the NBC of today) and a news division, then that news division merged with Life Savers Corporation and Rexall Drug Stores to form ABC Radio (seriously!) which became the ABC TV of today, and I always felt like ABC got a raw deal between the "big three" (ABC, NBC, and CBS).

Every year, NBC and CBS get all of the good programming like NFL games and all ABC gets is Monday Night Football and maybe a couple playoff games. So I always considered ABC the underdog. But when I see ABC programming like The View and read shit like this, I no longer have any sympathy for them. I now consider ABC the worst of the three.
