but it has deteriorated into a POLICE STATE

prosecutors have, somehow, acquired the authority to indict a ham sandwich , everything is criminalized, everyone must be institutionalized.

It is sad they are expected to be mental health workers without their training, chase after a loose dog on the street, to intervene in schooling and parenting failures, and counsel the drug/alcohol addicted, which is what many domestic abuse issues are from.

Reminds me of the recent incident in New Jersey where the DA wanted every annoyance between students to require the police to respind. Sometimes up to 5 times a day! Can you imagine the time involved pulling officers from their real duties, and the fear/hatred it created with students for police officers??
