DA declines to charge Aurora officer in deadly shooting of Kilyn Lewis
The 18th Judicial District Attorney's Office said District Attorney John Kellner made the decision not to file charges after a grand jury declined the case.

cop not charge for shooting wanted murderer. this dude murdered another person and then hid from cops. when confronted him he put hand behind his back with a silver object witch they thought was the gun he used. it was found by the da justified shooting.
