The city of D.C. will not take their fight to violate the Civil Rights of their Citizens to the supreme court.....they will now start issuing concealed carry permits on a "Shall Issue" basis. They are afraid that if they take their anti-Rights case to the Supreme Court, and possibly lose as they did in Heller, it would mean that "Shall Issue" would become the law of the land...and anti-gunners don't want that....
