I don't cheer that deaths are climbing.

I put this in politics section because of the disgusting way the left used this to push the narrative Biden was actually competent.

There have not been any accurate numbers since February 2020. Once the case count became politicized and the death count monetized, I doubt we'll ever know exactly how many people actually died from Covid-19 and Covid-19 alone.

My state leveled off at a higher new case rate than last year, but off the surge peaks. My area of the state doesn't really trend that well with the state as a whole. Our surges have been more erratic, but the death and new case trends have been much better than the state as a whole for about a month which isn't usually the way we go *knocks on wood*

Last fall, the flu was diagnosed at 3 percent of normal,meaning 97 percent were simply told they had covid.

Same thing with the spring flu season.

God knows the truth. And what is reported as fact isn't likely since the more covid is claimed by hospitals, their way out of either defaulting on debts or paying the Bill's caused a blimping of numbers to full capacity getting government covid money. Thirty miles from here is a small town who were forced to close their hospital 3 or 4 years ago, and now the parking lot is closed and all they use the building for is its lab to help local physician(s) diagnose some patient's ills and try to find a hospital 30 to 100 miles away that can accept new patients. I therefore am throwing no stones at any hospital in impoverished areas on the national map. I pray for all of America to help small town hospitals prosper.
