Court Upholds Trump’s Trans Military Ban

9 Dec 2025 ~~ By Catherine Salgado

An appeals court on Tuesday ruled in favor of President Donald Trump’s ban on “transgenders” serving in the U.S. military.
The Trump administration just scored a legal victory against woke insanity and for military reform. In the case of Nicolas Talbott, et al. v. United States, D.C. Circuit Court Judges Katsas and Rao ruled in favor of the Trump administration’s transgender ban.
Tea Party Patriots co-founder Jenny Beth Martin shared a screenshot of the ruling. It shows that the administrative stay from March on Trump’s ban was lifted, and the government’s motion for a stay pending appeal was granted.

This is an important step toward restoring the strength and integrity of our military.

Commentary:
I voted for this. Thank God a return to common sense.
Most trans, are just attention whores and it’s best to ignore them and not let them get their way.
I’d be much happier if the decision was by appointed Democrat. judges, it seems that you can predict what the judgment will be based on who appointed them or what party they are registered to. While the judgement points toward judicial sanity, what it doesn’t point to is our culture finally coming back together. (Judge Cornelia Pillard, appointed by Obama, dissented.)

I have no problem with this. Being or becoming trans can be expensive and comes with risks, the military should not have to fund. There are gobs of medical issues that will make you unsuitable for military service. This is just another on.

Long-Term Health Considerations for Trans Individuals

Being transgender can lead to unique long-term health considerations, influenced by several factors including access to medical care, mental health, and the social environment.

Physical Health Aspects
  1. Hormone Therapy:
    Surgical Interventions:

Benefits: Hormone therapy can improve mental well-being and quality of life.
    • Risks: Long-term hormone therapy may pose risks such as cardiovascular issues, liver conditions, and certain cancers, depending on the type of hormones used and individual health factors.
    • Benefits: Gender-affirming surgeries can enhance mental health and quality of life.
    • Potential Complications: These surgeries can lead to complications such as infections, scarring, and long-term changes in anatomy. Regular follow-up care is essential.
Mental Health Considerations
  1. Mental Health Issues:
    • Trans individuals often experience higher rates of depression, anxiety, and suicide attempts, mainly due to social stigma, discrimination, and lack of support. Accessing mental health care is crucial.
  2. Support Systems:
    • Having robust support systems, including friends, family, and community resources, greatly mitigates mental health risks and improves long-term outcomes.
Sociocultural Factors
  1. Discrimination and Stigma:
    • Trans individuals can face discrimination that may lead to chronic stress and related health issues.
  2. Health Care Access:
    • Accessibility to knowledgeable healthcare providers can affect long-term health outcomes significantly. Barriers can lead to untreated conditions and decreased preventive care.

Trans people are already disproportionately shooting up the country in mass shootings

Imagine what will happen once they are trained by the military to do it and then go nuts on our streets.

Good. People with obvious mental issues have no business in the Armed Forces.

Indeed, the military personnel can be discharged for various reasons related to mental health, including:
  • Personality Disorder Discharges: This type of discharge is based on a diagnosis of a personality disorder, which is often viewed as a pre-existing condition. From 2001 to 2010, over 31,000 servicemembers were discharged under this classification. These discharges can deny veterans access to benefits and healthcare.
  • Section 8 Discharges: Historically, this category was used for individuals deemed mentally unfit for service. It could be granted for various issues, including personality disorders and other mental health conditions. Section 8 discharges could be honorable or dishonorable, affecting future benefits.

It is interesting that a few people here that agree trans have no business being in the armed services refused to vote for Trump.

And I get it, you don't like him, but your options are to vote for him, and/or Vance, or return to a DEI armed services in addition to higher taxes, inflation, spending, and open borders.

And if and when another Pandemic breaks out, kiss goodbye your First Amendment rights to assembly and speech.

On second thought, your freedom of speech will go bye, bye either way as they will censor you on social media like they did during the Pandemic.
