My friend works at a Lululemon. It's always someone named Nickeisha doing the stealing. And the store policy is just let them go. Eventually the store has enough and does something about them or the cops catch them luckily, but it's so frustrating for employees to have a guy named Jadion who's not in their system come in with clothing asking for a cash return.

I would feel sorry for the store but apparently each store rakes in over $100,000 a day. Can you imagine the mark up?
